Reimagining Jewellery
We have over 40 years of experience in custom design. We also create stunning custom engagement rings, custom wedding bands, custom gemstone jewellery, and more! If you have a piece that you no longer wear and would like to redesign into something new, we can do that too! You can make an appointment with the jeweller or stop by anytime during store hours to speak with one of our jewellery experts. We don’t just make jewellery – we reimagine it.
Jewellery Repairs You Can Trust
Our expert jewellers have decades of experience in performing jewellery repairs. They have restored many pieces that had been well-loved and needed repair. We will examine the damaged jewellery and will provide you with a free estimate. Your jewellery will be cleaned as part of the repair process so that it looks like new again! You will see the difference in the quality of the repair work that we provide compared to other jewellery stores.
We don’t believe in “quick fix” repairs. Our jewellers will take the time to repair your jewellery properly. We use the latest technology such as laser welding to fix even the most complicated repairs. We can show you exactly what needs to be repaired on your jewellery by examining it under a microscope that is connected to a large flat screen. This is a great tool as it allows us to zoom in on tiny cracks and other damage that may otherwise be invisible to the naked eye. This will give you a better understanding of what needs to be repaired and how we will accomplish that.

Do you have a birthday or special anniversary coming up and need to get the perfect gift? Have you also been searching for unique jewellery that will make a statement? Troy Shoppe Jewellers has Calgary’s largest selection of in-stock jewellery. We carry gemstone jewellery that most stores do not have in stock such as Alexandrite, Tsavorite garnet, Montana sapphires, Rhodolite garnet, and Paraiba tourmaline. Troy Shoppe Jewellers also carries a large selection of diamond jewellery, diamond earrings, diamond rings, and gold and silver jewellery.
Charitable Donations
In a typical year, Troy Shoppe Jewellers receives just over 100 requests for charitable donations. For many years, we have supported several charities on a regular basis. However, we cannot support every charity, even those that are very worthy endeavors. While we will consider every request, we cannot support every request. We also require that donations must be requested 90 days in advance of the event date to be considered.
