This was an unusual engagement ring in that it was not symmetrical and used a very rare color of sapphire in the center. I like making something that isn’t a cookie cutter approach, like this ring. But the standout is the untreated sapphire. At just over two and a half carats, it is hard to describe the color. It is a bright gemstone but the color is a pale blue with a hint of green. Simple yet eye catching.
