This is a ring I made for a client several years ago and never had the picture.  When she came back for regular cleaning, I took the picture.  It is hard for me to recall all the features.  As I recall, the client had some of her own diamonds and I added a few more.  I also added an amethyst for her birthstone.  On the white side of the ring, there are a couple more birthstones of her children.  What I do recall is that the ring had to be smooth and modern looking.  Now several years later, it still is a modern and interesting looking ring.
