This ring was a lot of fun to make. First because the client was so easy to work with but also because it was a cool looking ring that was not going to be your typical wedding band. Yes, that's right, wedding band and no the guy does not have bones coming out of his nose. Just a regular guy.He described the look he wanted was a dragon skin texture and a wide ring with a black stone. The center gemstone is a rose cut black diamond over 4 carats in size. The ring is made in white gold and an oxidizing compound was added along with a low temperature enamel to give the ring the blackened look.
