I received a treated blue princess cut diamond that was a tone of blue that was simply captivating. I thought of a few designs but really wanted something unique. I thought of this design to contrast the white diamonds in a halo around the blue diamond. I gave the ring a split shank that gave the ring some width to support the halo without feeling too heavy. The blue diamond does stand out.
