We understand that life gets busy and that it is not always possible to visit our store. We offer delivery and pickup services if you are unable to visit our store. How Does Our Delivery Service Work?
We are happy to offer delivery within Calgary city limits for purchases over $500 after any discounts.
For purchases less than $500, there is a $20 delivery fee within city limits. For any out-of-town deliveries please contact us for an estimate on the courier/insurance charges.

Shipping
Do you need to have an item(s) shipped to you? We will provide a quote on shipping fees as well as any necessary insurance for your item(s). We require payment in full before shipping the package. We will give you the tracking number for your package so that you can monitor its progress.
Curbside Pick Up
Troy Shoppe Jewellers no longer offer curbside pickups for security reasons. If the person has physical issues and brings us the claim form, as well as letting us know in advance of arrival, we have no problem making an exception to bring your item to your car if parked out front of our store. There is no extra charge for this; however, we do check identification and keep video of the transaction and licence plate numbers to protect our clients and ourselves from fraudulent actors.
What Next?
We only accept e-transfers for payment when you are not in-store. We ask for payment in full before we complete a delivery, ship a package, or arrange a curbside pickup.
