This husband wanted to have all the kids and parents represented in one family ring. He didn't want a ring out of a standard family ring catalogue. Made in white gold I used two pear shaped gems, a ruby and an emerald, then two round gems, another emerald and an amethyst and lastly, a very nice marquis shaped diamond. How convenient that the largest birthstone should be the diamond!
