We built this ring for a customer of ours that is a bit of a colored stone aficionado. He wanted a family ring for his Mother that was simple but she has a bit of arthritis and a larger figure. We used a Superfit® shank that allows the ring shank to open over swollen knuckles. In the ring are set, an alexandrite, a peridot, a spessartite garnet, a ruby (appears slightly purplish due to the lighting we used) and an emerald. We tried to offer some protection by adding a ridge on the front and back side of the ring.
