This ring was very cool for a couple reasons. While very simple, it has some interesting features that have significant meaning to the owner. The base of the ring was made in 14K white gold. However, we took an old ring that belonged to the owner's Father, melted it down into a strip and laminated that to the top of the white gold ring. Then the owner wanted to use three colors. The colors had to be red, white and blue. The reason for the colors was that the client was a Montreal Canadians hockey fan and wanted the team colors on his ring. How cool is that? Yes, I am a hockey fan too.
